Some time ago I had a submissive who enjoyed being trained. We focused more on the mental part; of how she perceived herself and her role in life. She quickly came to the conclusion that she was a whore. The problem was that she was having a hard time defining what being a good whore actually meant. I devised an exercise where she would look at a porn scene and write down an analysis of it. Why was the performer a good whore? Was it her appearance? Her clothes? Her body? Was it her attitude? Her skills? Was it her dirty talk? These where the kind of questions that she would answer in great detail whilst also describing how they related to herself. How she wanted to change her appearance, how she wished that she could take pounding as good as the actress in question.

The cruel thing was that since there are so many different versions of good whores it makes it impossible to emulated all their combined "good whore" traits, no matter how hard you tried. That was also part of the appeal, having her try her hardest with humiliating task of becoming a better whore, coming up short and therefor be in need of punishment.
