Navage suction folds and closes up my nostril

I tried buying a Navage but no matter how i position it, when the suction is on my left nostril it causes the nostril to sort of colapse and fold in and creates a seal so no water goes through. I tried all possible angles and pressures but always the same issue.

Having the suction on the right doesn't cause it at all, but i feel like im not actually getting the results I wanted.

Has anyone had a similar issue?
