Porn Addiction

Hi. I'm married man, but addicted to porn. I just can't help, but enjoy seeing naked bodies, having sex and all naughty things. Sometimes it's goes to really hard content. I'm also have naughty (I'm not sure if it's right word for what we are talking about there, sometimes it's soft and emotional, sometimes it's totally fucked up) conversations with AI on some NSFW chats, just by thinking about all these scenarios I'm getting turned on. I should go to some therapy, but I don't have regular free time to do it. Lots of work and responsibilities. Having sex with my wife it's amazing, but it's easier to find a while for porn than for sex. I'm trying to control myself, but when need hits it's unstoppable. I just needed to share it with anyone. I'm not sure if it's anyone who will understand or even read it. Outside I'm trying to be good man, but inside it's so much chaos, building and destroying me
