Do NEET droppers really fall into the “Bas 10 min aur” loop?

I’m preparing for NEET and during my drop year I kept noticing this loop:

You sit to study → pick up your phone for “10 minutes” → suddenly the whole day is gone.

So I tried making a small 4-minute short film about this cycle. I shot and edited it myself using just my phone.

It’s called “The Drop Loop”.
