would it be stupid to superglue spikes onto my car?

Question

sorry if this isn't a relevant subreddit to post to, this is literally the only other place i could find that seemed somewhat relevant

i bought these cosmetic stud spikes for my car, since they look awesome, and i'd love to deck my car out with them. the issue is, the adhesive stickers they come with to stick the spikes to the body of my car wont work. i've tried literally everything and i cannot get these fuckers off the backing to actually stick them onto my car.

second best option i came up with was supergluing them on, but i figured this would ruin the paint if i ever decided to take off the studs for whatever reason. i also dont know how well the superglue would hold up to weathering, since my state's temperatures can go from -10 in the winter to over 100 in the summer.

any ideas for materials to use to stick these spikes onto my car would be appreciated, preferably things that stick well enough so they wont fly off in high winds or while driving, dont want to pop someone's tire (or my own) with a rogue stud
