Where and how should I get my fanfic out?

I’m currently writing a HPFanfic that centers on what would happen if Regulus Black survived and worked as a spy after discovering the locket. My question is where and how should I post it. Should I just upload it to fanfic sights or make it YouTube videos/podcast or both?
