I got tired of manually pinging Google to index my pages, so I built a tool to automate it
I run a few content sites and got really frustrated with one thing: getting pages indexed.
You publish a blog post, wait days (sometimes weeks), check Google Search Console… still not indexed. So you manually hit “Request Indexing” one by one.
Then repeat for Bing. Then Yandex. For every. single. URL.
It’s mind-numbing.
So I started building IndexCron — a simple dashboard that connects to your Google Search Console, pulls your verified sites, and lets you submit URLs for
indexing across Google, Bing, and Yandex in one click.
What it does (honestly):
- Connects to Google Search Console via OAuth — auto-imports your sites
- Bulk submit URLs to Google Indexing API, Bing IndexNow, and Yandex IndexNow
- Import from sitemaps — paste your sitemap URL, it pulls all pages
- Scheduled submissions — set it to daily/weekly/monthly and forget about it
- Submit history — track every submission: which URL, which platform, success or error, when
What it does NOT do:
- It won’t magically get you ranked. Indexing ≠ ranking.
- It won’t bypass Google’s quality filters. If Google doesn’t want to index a page, it won’t.
- It’s not a replacement for good content and proper technical SEO.
Think of it as a time-saver, not a magic bullet. Instead of spending 30 mins clicking through Search Console, you spend 30 seconds.
Who is this for?
- Content site owners with 50+ pages
- Agencies managing multiple domains
- Anyone tired of the “Request Indexing” button
- Programmatic SEO folks publishing pages at scale
Where I’m at:
Still in early access. The core features work — I use it daily on my own sites. But I want to get feedback from real users before opening it up wider.
If this sounds useful, I set up a waitlist: https://indexcron.com/
No spam, no upsell. Just an email when it’s ready + early access.
