Need Help on Monitor

Good Evening Guys. I need Help. I recently just changed my gaming monitor from 45 inch to a 27 inch gaming monitor, both are 1440p and Oled. 240hz LG on the 45inch and 500hz on the new 27 inch. When I swapped monitors, cs2 on game is out of it, my mouse pointer cant land properly on any options, when I start up the game the word Valve is shifted way to the right instead of being in the middle. I keep trying to change hz to 500 from 60hz in the video settings but it won't change at all. I am so confused. Can anyone help me out. Thank You
