Images changing

for a while and the images it’s been creating for my characters have been perfect. It’s the same characters every time they look the same and they’re exactly how I want them. But Phil the last couple of days it’s been creating characters that look like they’re out of a horror show. Their eyes are glowing. They don’t look anything like the characters that I’m used to. The female character looks awful. The male character looks nothing like it did. I’ve been trying to work with it, but it won’t correct them and it keeps creating characters with their eyes glowing. My stories are not sci-fi or fantasy. Anybody know what’s going on?
