Macbook Neo Camera Quality

My girlfriend just bought a macbook neo today. But we noticed on facetime, that her camera quality is significantly worse than mine on both of our ends, even though I have an M2 macbook air and both have 1080p camera. I’m assuming there’s some setting she would need to turn on maybe? Any ideas?
