Any successful reroute with JAL or BA?

I have a flight from SFO - Doh - SFO on April 1st, highly unlikely I will be able to fly the original QA route. From my research I see that Japan Airlines and British Airways are a part a part of one world alliance, will QA help reroute via these airlines?
