Need help on a upgrade?

Hello! I have been thinking of a upgrade for my current build. It is a AMD build I did last year and before the Ram and GPU issues. It is a Asus Prime B550M-A Wifi II , Ryzen 5 5500, Radeon 6600, 32GB of DDDR 4 3200mhz Ram, a 550 power supply in a Corsair 4000D Airflow case with about 6 fans and a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE Rgb cpu cooler. I use two 1080p monitors and do coding, gaming and school work on my pc. I have been thinking with a upgrade mostly to my cpu and GPU. I do not think I plan to do 1440p or 4K for a long time so been thinking going with a 5060 TI 8gb with a Ryzen 7 5700X as my new cpu. I just need help if this is a good and worth upgrade? I am in the USA, I have a 700$ish budget
