"Add to home screen"

I've developed an issue where i would add a website to my homescreen via shortcuts. but everytime i click it, it takes me to the app. even when using "open URL"

i like to have both tumblr app and web because there are features on the web that aren't compatible with the app and vice versa. But when i click the web version, it'll just take me to the app. i was able to use the web just fine, but now it's a problem.

Any help on how to fix this?
