computer video glitch?

Hello, so i am new to having a laptop (Lenovo) and there is this glitch that makes the screen go all swoopy? I don't know how else to describe it but if anyone knows what's wrong I would really appreciate the help. I also want to mention that this happens on different browsers, not just discord.

This isn't the first time this happens it had been multiple times but I always just restart my computer. I've only had my laptop for like a month now.
