Just upgraded to TH15 and unlocked the duke. No skin?

I don’t see it in the shop anywhere. Am I tweaking or was there not an offer for one? I can’t imagine they removed it this early in the season. But I swear I’ve seen people using the skin so surely it’s been released at some point already?
