So hi all as the it says above I’m 2 months into nofap but I’m struggling right now

This past week or so things have gotten real hard, more has become triggering, my known triggers are effecting me worse, and it seems like I just can’t avoid them

I’m no longer sure what to do about this and could really use any help, so for anyone kinda enough to help please message me
