Help

I recently bought the Vivienne Westwood heart lighter and it was wonky from the start but now it turns on lightly every 20-30 tries and fully turns on 50ish tries. I’ll put up a picture below later but it would be great if anyone gives me some tips on how to fix it. I filled the butane fully few times but it still doesn’t help.(I emptied and filled it every time)
