I got new wheels on my 2025 Nissan Rogue on Monday. Driving home I noticed the steering wheel was slightly off center. To drive straight the steering wheel had to be turned left slightly. The car did NOT pull to one way or another and was driving straight when steering wheel was released. I called the dealership and took it back in on Thursday. When I got it back Thursday the car now pulled to the right. I went immediately back to the dealership and they sent me to a wheel center. They did the alignment and showed me how it was corrected now. Got in the car and steering wheel was STILL slightly off center. I went to another store in my town this morning (same company) and they were unable to straighten the steering wheel due to Nissans computer. I had to drive back to the previous town (same company, different location) they performed another alignment and said steering wheel was straight. Took it for a test drive but steering wheel was still not straight. Lead tech took it back to the alignment machine, took it on a test drive and said “Okay it looks straight to me now”. NOPE. Steering wheel is still not straight.

I need advice what to do. They keep telling me it’s “straight” but you can see how it doesn’t “line up” correctly with the steering column. Will this cause damage later down the road? It drives 100% straight and does not pull one way or the other. It’s JUST the steering wheel being off center. The picture attached shows the difference when I’m driving straight. Video shows what happens when I straighten the wheel where it should be when driving.
