Playing God: Services Part 2

I've done this same topic before, but I'm gonna add a slight twist to it.

Now I know that we all have a certain type of dinner service that really hit the spot for us. But I also know that there's a couple services here and there that would've matched this description, if it weren't for just one moment that destroyed the vibe. So, if you were God, or at least controlled Hell's Kitchen, and could change one service like this and make it a dream service, what would it be, and why?

For example, I'm gonna choose All-Stars Episode 5. I know a few of you already know how much I fucking despise All-Stars, and one of the major flaws it has is its dinner service. The only good fucking service we got before the Black Jackets was the aforementioned Episode 5. And this one would've been a near perfect dream service for me, if it weren't for one. fucking. thing. Josh getting sent home mid-service. If I had control over this show, I would've either sent Josh home after the 3rd service, and switch either Van or Benjamin to the Red Team, or just sent Josh home and kept both teams male and female. Maybe both teams have that exceptional service, and nobody has to leave the competition. It could've even been my new favorite service of all time. But reality is often disappointing, so I can only dream.
