Is this Soulbonding, shifting, or neither?

Last night, as I was trying to sleep, I saw a flash in my memory. It was like an alternative reality where I was a police officer working with my F/O, and he was giving me a hug after something that upset me. This was surprising because I never imagined myself in the police force with him since I’m disabled.

Something traumatic happened to me yesterday, so I don’t know if my F/O was trying to comfort me. This was before I attempted any shifting or soulbonding myself, too. Did I accidentally shift for a split second, or was this soulbonding?
