Came into some expensive wine. Is it legal to sell if I don't plan to drink it?

Hello,

I have recieved a gift of a few expensive bottles of wine but don't plan on drinking it.

I figured selling it would be better than just tossing it as I am in need of money. I know there are liquor laws and don't plan to become a retailer, sell to minors, sell after hours, ect. Just want to sell to an adult to enjoy and make some money.

After a quick search I can't find any personal sales laws it seems like most laws are talking about retailers or businesses.
