Need advice regarding hair colour for the first time

I'm 24 M from India I have no idea about dying hair so currently my hair are frizzy and dry and it's not shiny as I want it always looks dull and deal so I was thinking of trying applying black henna + indigo i need some brand suggestions and any tips for beginners can help
