Meds overdose- should I see a doctor?

28F, England. 182cm, 114kg. Currently taking 30mg Elvanse, 200mg Sertraline and 50mg quetiapine. History of PTSD, ADHD and depression.

Yesterday morning I impulsively took 64 x 25mg quetiapine tablets. I basically just slept all day after that. As it’s now been nearly 24 hours and I’ve had no other side effects (I’m not drowsy at all) is it worth going to the hospital? It’s a Saturday so I can’t see a GP. I feel fine.
