Why can't I use voice chat?

After being sent through the AI help bot that gave me information but wasn't all that helpful, can anyone help me with the voice chat? My email, phone number, and ID/Age are verified, but still for some reason it won't let me access it. I'm in a region it's available in and I'm playing on a pc and for every tutorial and the help bot, it should be fine. When I go to the communication tab I can only see voice data usage where in the tutorials it should be voice chat. Side note, I know it's not the kind of experience I'm joining. I've been exploring the Poke Haven chat room and have ask my friend who can hear what people are saying. Please if anyone can help me?
