NMIMS First installment Help!

Since the results are coming out on 16th March. How is someone supposed to pay the first installment (13.5 lakhs) within 5-6 days through loan? Will the banks sanction the loan that quickly? I'm thinking of opting for the SBI scholar loan so does SBI sanction within the deadline?

Also if I cancel my admission 2 months later, What would be my cost after receiving the full refund by college as I would have to pay the interest for those 2 months to the bank too. Would be grateful of someone could answer these questions
