If you play on sandbox, what settings do you change?

Ive been curious as to how i should balance my playthroughs, and i just also wanna see how others play tbh. For me, i usually (with some variations) do 1.0 both food, no corpse sickness, increased generator range, and "sometimes" helicopter event. Idk if i feel like thats too op or smth.
