Looking for an old survival solo pc game where you have to choose different characters to finish the missions/stories

I remember I was playing a solo pc survival game when i was a bit younger but can’t remember the name of it, i only remember the following in the gameplay:

1. all of the playable characters are human with different strengths (some are more powerful physically, some are more fast in running)

2. you are playing more than one character (male or female) per mission/stories (you have to think carefully which characters you will choose to help you finish each mission easily)

3. it’s a modern setting where the characters are wearing modern clothes but they are in a cave or somewhere far from city

p.s. i almost thought it was the quarry because it has a very similar description but when i checked the gameplay it seems like it’s not it but from what i remember it looks like the characters are also young for the game that i was looking for
