Places for Food hopping, exploration, stays, drinks and rave parties in goa

I am coming for 2nd time in goa will be there for 3 days. Will be staying with my brother, we wanna go goa for experience not just site seeing. I am looking for

1.Stay for 1 day South & hostel for 2 day north 2.wanna try few coctails like with baileys and gin or anything 3.1 day night party. 4. Few beaches 5. Will be renting just for one day in south. What do you suggest?

I heard of pappi chulo & bucket list but also heard it is unhygienic. Suggest some near Panjim and vagator.
