For a fwb, would you find it disrespectful to be asked to hook up near midnight?

I (33F) was talking about potentially being fwb with a guy (28M) on Tinder and we had agreed on potentially meeting up this Saturday but possibly even Friday evening. I didn't get a text until near midnight to hook up for the first time; would you find that disrespectful or not?
