The incident occurred on July 17, 2022, at a massage shop located in North Seattle, Washington. The woman who provided the massage was also the owner of the business.

During the massage, when I turned onto my back as instructed, she began touching my penis and asked whether I wanted “service.” She then offered oral sex for $100. I asked her how much it would cost for a BBBJ, and she replied $200 and attempted to pressure me into paying. I asked whether I could pay with a credit card, and she suggested that I could send the payment through Venmo.

Ultimately, no transaction occurred and no sexual service took place. We had an argument. When I told her that I intended to file a complaint with the Washington State Department of Health, she secretly called 911 and falsely accused me of raping her at gunpoint.

Despite the fact that:

	•	There was no evidence that any sexual intercourse occurred, and

	•	There was no evidence that I possessed a firearm,

I was still charged by the Seattle Police Department with Rape in the First Degree and Extortion in the Second Degree.

I was detained in the King County Jail for three years awaiting trial. My bail was set at $750,000, which I could not afford. The court repeatedly delayed my jury trial, violating my right to a speedy trial.

While in jail, because of the rape accusation, I was frequently assaulted and abused by other inmates.

After three years, my trial finally began on July 22, 2025. Because the case lacked any reasonable evidence, and because the alleged victim changed her testimony multiple times and could not keep her story consistent, the prosecution’s case collapsed. Evidence also showed that the alleged victim operated approximately 13 illegal massage businesses, involving large amounts of unlawful activity, which further explains her motive to fabricate the accusation.

I was originally arrested and detained on August 15, 2022, and on August 15, 2025, the jury returned a verdict of Not Guilty, and I was released.

During those three years, I suffered severe physical harm, emotional trauma, reputational damage, and financial loss. I have recently located video footage and conversations from that time.

Given these circumstances, I would like to know whether I can file a civil lawsuit against her for false accusations, malicious prosecution, and defamation.

I've been falsely accused of first-degree rape. 😨
