Sudden breakup...

I feel so guilty after breaking things off with my gf. It was becoming both unhealthy for us and I ended it so sudden, I feel as though I didnt give us a chance, she's decided to move out and I dont know if she will be financially ok, I feel so bad and cant come to terms on what has happened.
