Hello. I'm very new to tarot, couple weeks only.

Probably TMI, but feels important:

I've also long history of depression and anxiety, but also ADHD and autism. I have days like today, which I call Dread Days, where everything feels like the end of the world. Overstimulation can cause me anger issues, and today was one of those days.

So today I wanted to see what I could learn with a new spread.

➡**️This morning 3 card spread: (the cards on pink background**)

Inquired, left to right.

**Judgement** \- What is my issue with anger, why do I anger so easily.

**Reversed Emperor** \- How can I help it?

**Reversed Temperance** \- How can I find peace with it?

I continued to have a shutdown day, and turned to more learning with my cards with another new spread.

➡**️This afternoon 6 card, turned 9, spread: (green background**)

I searched for depression spreads and found this one. Now, again, I'm a baby beginner, but I like to always choose the cards that pop out while I'm shuffling, even if it takes a long time, so my second inquiry ended with 3 cards and my 4th with 2 cards.

**8 of cups** \- Card to represent my depression

**Ace of wands**

**Reversed Emperor (AGAIN)**

**Reversed Temperance (AGAIN)**

**-** Something I need to learn about my depression

**Strength** \- Action to help my depression

**9 of Swords**

**Hierophant**

\- How to show compassion to myself

**Reversed Queen of Cups** \- How to find joy

**7 of Pentacles** \- Reason to stay strong

That was a lot to type just simply to ask more about getting the same 2 cards for the same general situation of emotional turmoil readings for myself today. Is this something I should spend more time on, or lean more into learning about? Or does this just happen from time to time?

But also wanted to hear more about the little things you notice in these spreads, that I've surely missed being a beginner. Like I learned about the 8 of cups walking towards that second column but is still something I need to learn about. Are there other things like that that I should be looking out for during readings? The 6 turned 9 card is the largest spread I've ever done, as I've never done more than 3, but today was just so miserable I wanted to dive.

Thanks for any input.

Same cards twice today?
