Guide to use Real Card Deck as Tarokka?

As the title says, I was wondering if anyone out there has a guide on how to use a real card deck as Tarokka?

I know there is one out there, I read it years ago, but now can't recall where (and a search here and on Google didn't turn up anything, but maybe I didn't refine my search parameters enough).

Reason I ask: I'm thinking about adapting a 3rd party class I found over at DrivethruRPG to use the Tarokka, called the 'Cartomancer': https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/545926/legendary-classes-cartomancer-pf1

Probably ill advised for someone with my poor Rules Lawyer skills, but I have always wanted to see a character who uses the Tarokka deck as a focus for their magic, and this is very near what I was looking for.
