tl;dr inpatient away rotation at a T5. M3 (home student) and I were in a palliative consult /w px's wife who was coming to terms with the fact that her husband was imminently dying from an acute injury.

This dude made it clear from the start he didn't want to be there. Halfway through he just falls asleep during the convo. Px wife at the end apologizes that the conversation "wasn't interesting enough"
