BYD without charging at home

I’m planning to purchase the BYD Leopard 7, which is a PHEV. However, our building doesn’t have home charging options because they haven’t provided a NOC. Should I still go with the BYD Leopard 7 even though I don’t have access to home charging? I can visit a mall or public charging station once a week. Has anyone else encountered this issue and found a solution? Alternatively, are there any other options available besides the byd leopard 7?
