problems

right before we are about to move out next week… we have ants in the kitchen and bathroom! great. we have had ants before in the past. it was very manageable so i just put the baits out and they all left, but now

they’ve now decided to come visit 5 days before our bond clean! i have re put the baits back out for them to feed on. but i don’t know how much that can achieve

we are very clean people. we don’t leave any food out whatsoever. kitchen is clean and tidy and wiped daily there hasn’t been any pest control in the building for over 5+ years from what i’m aware of. hardly any maintenance on the property. the RE has been incredibly difficult and picky we have tried our best and have hit back with abuse via emails and phone calls multiple times.

realistically could they try blame us for this when we haven’t done anything wrong? it seems to be a structural issue as i can see them coming through gaps in the carpet between floor board and carpet. honestly i think my anxiety is just spiking because i can’t believe im dealing with this right before we move. just need any word of wisdom. my anxiety is through the roof!
