Can the company force me to resign?

i am 40 year old female, worked in a private medical company for more than 8years. I was diagnosed with DM type 1 and on regular medication.

During the past 5years i have gone for multiple procedures including one bariatric surgery which i took my own NPL and 2 IVF pregnancy which i used my HL for both years.

Due to this i was penalised for using all my HL which had a dr's memo, and also my 14days Sick leave with an MC provided, which i used for all my prenatal appointments. Despite already having written memo emailed to the 'then' CEO and Head of HR which approved my request.

Now i am being penalised for it now. What should i do? I only used what i was entitled to. And haven't taken any NPL since my bariatric surgery 4years ago.

The company also sacarstically ask if i need 3-4mnths NPL to strengthen my health due to the HL for my IVF. Or resign..

Is this legal? Or can i flag this company?
