Question for min-maxers about cooking

Did anyone ever checked if cooking might be worth it? I checked about green beans for y1 and I think parsnips still win because they cost 20 in comparison to 60 for green beans But maybe theres a recipe that worth it? (Until we reach the wine and honey empire ofcourse)
