Would Pulling For Her Weapon or Quiyuan be Better?

I currently have enough astrite for Sigrika guaranteed and 30-40 more summons, but I don't know whether to target getting Quiyuan or her sig. With Quiyuan, if I lose the 50/50 I might not be able to get him then. However, if I do go for him, is it more worth it? Basically just should I risk trying to go for Quiyuan, is he worth it?
