Planning to try US Standard Product Neutral Disinfectant Cleaner

I'm looking for a disinfectant that can handle everyday cleaning without being too harsh on different surfaces like floors and countertops. I also prefer something that doesn't have an overpowering chemical smell. I'm considering switching to a neutral disinfectant cleaner from US Standard Product. Does it clean and disinfect well and does it leave any residue behind? Would love to hear your thoughts.
