Mhw has blurry textures on higher settings? is this normal or not.

Specs: RTX 3080TI, 7800X3D AMD ryzen 7, 32gb DDR5.

Im running the game smoothly at a slick 60fps on ultra settings, full ray tracing, no issues actually running the game, the "high" textures just look very smudgy and blurry while i see other people with crisper textures, is there a fix or anything? picture below:
