Plz help lol

So ive been in a long distance relationship with my bf for a little over six months and had seen each other irl a month ago and messaged a regularly a bit after that and we were doin really well, but then he suddenly stopped talkin to me when he flew back and so I thought he was busy so I spaced out the texts( he told me calling wasn't good cuz he was usually with his family or busy ) but he never read them and then on valentines day he responds to me sayin that he was sick so we didnt do anything and ever since then he hasn't said anything... I tryed calling him at a time where I knew he could pick up but he hung up after a few rings...

Im conflicted on what to do cuz some of my friends say its time to break up with him and others say hes probably moved on but a part of me still wants to hold on and hope for the best but the other part says I need to start lookin for other people.
