does eye contact mean anything?

when i say eye contact i mean literally just that. i think i’ve talked to this guy like twice and don’t follow him on social media and have no classes him. we literally just see each other in the hallway and occasionally somewhere else and even in those instances we always make eye contact and i can’t tell if it’s a coincidence
