Is Jason Voorhees a sex offender?

So I just got back from a F13th double feature of parts 3 and 4. In 3, it kinda seems like Jason full on SA’ed Chris. I’ve never made that connection myself, but it was mentioned to me while watching the movie and now I can’t unsee it. Anyone else have an opinion on the subject?
