Solo parenting

My husband is in the military and he will be deployed when we have our second child. He will be 2 years old. I will be having the baby alone and he won’t be home until 3 months after she is born. To make things even more challenging, we are stationed overseas, so no access to family or “a village” (despite the Military community being “close” it’s not as friendly as you think) does anyone have any advice or tips on how to survive? Or has anyone been in a similar situation?
