Any obgyn here pls help

Last week I went to the er & they did bloodwork & ultrasound hcg levels were 22,700 abdominal & vag ultrasound they only seen gestational sac they said possible miscarriage

A few days later I went to a different hospital they did bloodwork & abdominal & vag ultrasound hcg levels dropped 20,865 Dr mentioned they seen gestational sac & yolk sac she says I'm about 5 weeks 5 days they said since my hcg levels dropped it's possible it's a miscarriage but to follow up with my obgyn

First obgyn appointment.. So I followed up with my obgyn this week she says she wants to see me in about two weeks to see if she sees a baby by then but I'm not reassured because why did she mention she's not worried about the hcg levels that dropped last week has anyone experienced anything like this before I'm so stressed & worried & I think I feel sick not sure if it's my pregnancy hormones or if I actually miscarried but if it's a miscarriage I can't keep the baby for this long correct it can make me sick right or when did you get your miscarriage taken care of I haven't experienced any bleeding whatsoever
