Do you think some graduate courses are not worth the tuition?

Hi everyone,

I’m an international student, and to be honest I feel a bit disappointed with my current course. The tuition is around 45k per year, but most of the lectures are just pre-recorded videos.

The workshops and labs mostly involve the tutor helping students with problems or showing how to do certain tasks, rather than teaching the material in a structured and systematic way.

I was hoping to learn the subject more deeply and professionally, but sometimes it feels more like self-study with a bit of guidance rather than formal teaching.

Because of this, I’m starting to wonder whether I should consider transferring to another university or program.

Has anyone had a similar experience in graduate courses? Do you think this is normal, or does it depend on the university or program?

I would really appreciate any advice or experiences.
