What's the point of requiring a poster to review two other poems before posting one of his own? Do you enjoy reading comments left only as a means for posting their own work? This defeats the purpose of sharing. Say, if I was given a permission to post without referencing comments to other posts, I'd rather refrain. I'd be more happy too see a comment knowing that a person leaving it genuinely interested in the work itself and found it worth of discussing.

Yes, otherwise some people would only post and do no commenting. So what?
