My cats sometimes flip over chairs, whenever they have zoomies. Is there anything I can do to make them not do it?

I was sitting in bed when I heard a loud thud downstairs. I was worried, so I went down to check. I enter the kitchen and specifically my chair that I usually sit in, is flipped onto the floor.

A few days ago, they flipped a pillow onto the ground while play-fighting.

I don't discourage my cats from zoomies, it's bothersome having to pick stuff up. Any advice would be great.
