Unrelated positive effects

Just wondering if anyone has experienced any positive side effects (anything unrelated to skin improvement)? I’ve heard so many different stories about Accutane causing other random effects and I could really use something to keep me going on this Accutane journey (almost month 4 of Accutane, started purging right away and basically never stopped)
